Jeremiah Dixon is a young farmer who looks to his elders for their experience and wisdom. But he is also motivated by a desire to prove to the skeptics that he can revitalize this Eastern North Carolina land through sustainable farming. In 2012, Dixon Family Farms was awarded a Rural Advancement Foundation International (RAFI) grant to expand the Dixon Family Farms rabbitry and improve his pasture-based livestock operation.
